-Step by step guidance through the contract deadlines including: inspection, title review, survey review, HOA review, loan review and closing preparation/review prior to closing.

-Full time staff available at the office 8:30am-5pm Everday.

-Transaction Coordinator available 24/7 to assist with documents/signatures/details
