-Prepare and present all paperwork according to Colorado Real Estate Commission standards
-Negotiate contract terms to the best interest of the Buyer. (Certified Negotiation Specialist designation)
-Offers are formally presented with complete package, delivered electronically and in person to the Listing Agent.
-Step by step guidance through the contract deadlines including: inspection, title review, survey review, HOA review, loan review and closing preparation/review prior to closing.
